What are you trying so hard to Not Feel? It isn’t only our physical aches and pains that we desperately want to turn off, but our emotional ones as well. 

We all know that trauma can has a detrimental effect on us physically and emotionally. However, most of us downplay the effect that “little traumas” like rejection, abandonment, insult, disappointment, etc have on our well-being. 

Every thought and emotion leaves an impression on your body, mind and energy. In this workshop, you’ll recognize where you’ve been unconsciously, but consistently, limiting yourself from living the life of your choice and you’ll learn how to easily and effectively release self-imposed obstacles and barriers. 

Through interactive lecture, gentle yoga and guided imagery, you will learn to release emotional tension from your body, as well as physical tension from your mind!

90 minutes
